Facilities
The CAPVs are being manufactured at our modern plant at Vige, Kristiansand, Norway. Modern due to the degree of automation, a high focus on LEAN, 5S and a quality system according to ISO 9001:2008. The production of the CAPVs is based upon an inner liner, which enters the winding machine for adding glass & epoxy in an automated process, to achieve the required strength and fatique properties. Finally, the winded CAPVs are cured in a curing owen prior to final pressure testing with water (1.5x working pressure).
The wire sheaves are being produced and assembled at our parent company Umoe Mandal, in dedicated and tailor-made production lines.
